This year’s OUTRO event features a jukebox musical, based on Elvis hits such as ‘All Shook Up’. OUTRO promises plenty of hip-swiveling, guitar-strumming and well loved songs performed by students from the National Academy of Singing and Dramatic Arts (NASDA). Get ready for a great night of comedy and dazzling entertainment performed by the next generation of New Zealand’s stars.
OUTRO is part of the week-long CPIT Creative Festival that runs alongside New Zealand Cup and Show Week and is the crowning event of the Ignition programme – the public face of the Faculty of Creative Industries.
Ignition is a year-long events programme that showcases the talents and achievements of students and staff. It’s the students chance to shine in front of potential patrons, employers and sponsors and to forge meaningful, real world relationships through their creative endeavours.
